SETTING THE STANDARD

We are an advanced manufacturing company that’s leveraged metal additive manufacturing, digital twin series production processes and automation to create a highly efficient compressed supply chain into one factory that unlocks low carbon manufacturing.

Internalising the whole supply chain enables us to offer the best cost, quality and lead-time with every part we produce.

Our capability and expertise is helping create the standards through our position as an ASTM additive manufacturing centre of excellence.

THE ENTIRE SUPPLY CHAIN

IN ONE FACILITY

MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING

PRODUCT OWNERS

Having the entire supply chain in one facility means we have multiple key processes. To ensure we remain focused on delivering cost effective, conforming products we have two distinct engineering functions; Product and Process Owners.

The Product Manufacturing Engineer's role is to design the best end-to-end manufacturing strategy for the final condition of supply.

KEY EQUIPMENT

PRINTERS

Each printer is dedicated to an alloy family to avoid any cross-contamination.

EOS M400-4

Multi-laser large format machine with a 400 x 400 x 400mm build envelope using 4 x 400w lasers. We use it for either large parts or driving production efficiencies.

EOS M290

Single laser medium format machine with a 250 x 250 x 325mm build envelope using 1 x 400w laser. Used for product and process development and smaller production quantities.

For our full capability matrix and further details on our internal, heat treatment, material testing and inspection capabilities.

KEY EQUIPMENT

CNC MACHINING EQUIPMENT

We achieve less than 0.5% scrap during CNC machining through our fully integrated CAM system with offline process simulation combined component alignment and adaptive manufacturing techniques.

GF Mikron HPM450U

5 AXIS CNC with a 350 X 350 X 350mm trunnion, 63 tool carousel and 5 pallet loading stations, means we maintain very high levels of high accuracy, lights out machining.

Matsuura MX-420 PC10

5 AXIS CNC with a 420mm × H300mm trunnion machine envelope, 90 tool carousel and 9 pallet loading stations, means we maintain very high levels of high accuracy, lights out machining.

For our full capability matrix and further details on our internal, heat treatment, material testing and inspection capabilities.

MATERIALS

ALLOY DATABASE

Every build we have ever produced has recorded information on the material properties, which means we have a 15 year material database that is growing. This means your first build starts with mature parameters, cutting significant development time and cost. To maximise operational efficiency, we have 5 core alloy groups.

Please contact us for material data sheets.

Custom alloys available upon request.
